The diagram shows the concentration ratio of anti Sars-Cov-2 IgG antibodies in saliva to the simultaneously measured concentration of anti Sars-Cov-2 IgG antibodies in blood.(Material & Method) Results:
- The concentration of IgG antibodies in saliva is always lower than the IgG concentration in blood. (Values in the diagram always below the red dashed border line).
- If IgG are detectable in the blood, IgG are also present in the saliva. (Evaluation limit currently >176 BAU/ml blood).
